Envío / Enviament/ Shipping

• Los envíos se realizarán cada miércoles
  
• Los pedidos realizados a partir de las 15h del lunes, pasarán a ser enviados el miércoles de la semana siguiente. En caso que se pueda adelantar el envío, el cliente será informado
• Los envíos de paquetes medianos y grandes son certificados para evitar posibles daños de transporte

• Els enviaments es faran cada dimecres
  
• Les comandes rebudes a partir de les 15h del dilluns, s'enviaran el dimecres de la setmana següent. En cas que sigui possible avançar l'enviament, s'informarà al client
  
• Els enviaments dels paquets mitjans i grans són certificats per tal d'evitar danys durant el seu transport

• Shipments will be sent every Wednesday 
  
• Any orders received after Monday 15h will be dispatched on the next week on Wednesday. An advanced shipping will be notified 
  
• Shippings are certificated to avoid transportation damages

Devoluciones / Devolucions / Return Policy

• Contactar con Berta Navascués antes de efectuar cualquier devolución
  
• El periodo de devolución es de 30 días a partir del envío
  
• En caso de devolución del producto, los gastos de envío correrán a cargo del comprador
  
• El producto debe de estar en perfecto estado y empaquetado correctamente para que la devolución sea aceptada y proceder al reembolso 
  
• Los gastos de envío iniciales y tasas extras no serán devueltos 
• Si el producto está dañado o utilizado no se reembolsará 
  
• Si se recibe un producto dañado debido al transporte, se debe comunicar inmediatamente al repartidor y a Berta Navascués

• El període de devolució és de 30 dies a partir de d'enviament
  
• En cas que es retorni el producte, les despeses d'enviament les assumirà el comprador
  
• El producte ha d'estar en perfectes condicions i empaquetat correctament perquè es retorni l'import de compra
  
• Les despeses d'enviament inicials i altres taxes extres no es retornaran
  
• Si el producte està malmès o fet servir no es remborsarà l'import
  
• Si rebeu el producte malmès a causa del transport, cal que ho comuniqueu immediatament al repartidor i a Berta Navascués

• In case of returning a product, shipment fees must be paid by the customer
  
• The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded

• Berta Navascués is nor responsible for any return Customs charges made
  
• If the product has been damaged during the transport, you should immediately report this to the delivery person/ company  and to us

• By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions
• By placing an order at Berta Navascués you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us
• Events outside Berta Navascués's control shall be considered force majeure 
• The price applicable is that set at the date in which you place your order 
• Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase except the local charges that may occur. That ones are on the client
• Card informations is not encrypted and not stored. Secure payement
